Abstract
As an important part of tissue engineering, biomaterials have always been an important part of the progress and development of regenerative medicine and reconstructive medicine. In addition to meeting the biological inertia and biocompatibility of traditional biological materials, modern new biological materials also need to respond to changes in the environment, also known as new intelligent biological materials. The author has been working on developing new intelligent biomaterials that can recognize and respond to physiological changes in the biological environment. This paper focuses on the development, production and application of new intelligent materials for molecular imprinting.Using molecules with biometric effects, combining with related tissue engineering scaffolds, recruitment of corresponding cells and biological macromolecules is achieved.Molecular imprinted tissue engineering scaffolds can collect targeted cells in vitro or in vivo, enabling tissue engineering to achieve automatic cell adhesion, cell recognition and cell arrangement. In addition, the advantages and prospects of molecular imprinted intelligent biomaterials in tissue repair and regeneration are introduced.
