5.Policy recommendations

5.1 Mechanism: establish a joint working group for the textile and clothing industry

As cooperation among the LM countries in the textile and clothing industry has begun to take shape, it is reasonable to consider setting up a joint working group specifically for the industry under an LM capacity cooperation framework. The group will work to formulate plans, guide direction, provide opportunities and eliminate shortcomings to ensure strengthened cooperation among the six countries in the textile and clothing industry, thereby ensuring mutual benefits and win-win results.
