Lesson 18 Reply to Credit Enquiry 对资信询盘的答复

当相关企业和单位对资信询盘进行回复时，首先要在信函上标明“保密”，在信中不要直接提及被询问的公司名称，最好用“标题公司”、“被询问公司”等来代替，特别是被调查的公司资信不佳的时候。为了避免日后的矛盾和麻烦，提供信息或建议的企业和单位要在信函中注明“请对资料严格保密”，并表明自己对此信函“不负任何责任”。
