6.10 Installation of Corridor and Truss

6.10.1 The corridor of the belt charging machine and belt conveyer and the skew bridge of the charging machine of skip hoist shall meet the requirements of the foundation measurement and setting out,and shall take the center of the blast furnace as reference.For the installation of the corridor of the belt charging machine,the center of the blast furnace should be transplanted on the main axis of the corridor outside the furnace and it shall be taken as the reference for measurement.

6.10.2 When adopting fragmentation and subsection supply,the corridor of the belt charging machine and belt conveyer and the skew bridge of the charging machine of skip hoist shall be determined according to the specific condition of the installation site and the provisions of the work contract.The platform or rack and the padding stool should be erected on the installation site for grouping.The grouping facility shall meet the requirements of Item 3 of Article 6.4.8 of this standard.

6.10.3 The grouping of the corridor and the truss on the installation site shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The camber shall be set up for grouping the corridor and the truss according to the provisions of the design document.The camber of the truss shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire under the state perpendicular to the horizon.The allowable deviation is±1/5000 of the length of the truss when arch is stipulated in design.The corridor and truss shall not be warped downward when the arch is not stipulated in design.

2 The length of the truss shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±10.0mm.

3 The center distance between the hole group at the outermost ends of each section of truss shall be checked by steel ruler.When the length of the truss is no larger than 24000mm,the allowable deviation is+3.0mm to-7.0mm.When the length of the truss is larger than 24000mm,the allowable deviation is+5.0mm to-10.0mm.

4 The geometric dimension of the cross section of any node of the truss shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.The allowable deviation of difference of the length of the diagonal lines of the cross section is 5.0mm.The difference of the length of the diagonal lines of the overall truss shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of 10.0mm.

5 The flatness between the adjacent nodes of the truss chord shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire.The allowable deviation is 1/1000 of the distance of the chord between the adjacent nodes and shall not be larger than 5.0mm.

6 The difference of the length of the two diagonal lines of the trusses of the upper and lower and left and right sides of the overall section grouped by the corridor shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of 10.0mm.

6.10.4 During grouping of the truss of the charging machine of the skip hoist and that of the discharging section,the charging car track,the divergence track and the wheel pressing track should be subject to grouping within the tolerance range of the lifting capacity of the lifting machinery.

6.10.5 During grouping of the corridor of the belt charging machine,the accessories of the belt charging machine and the ash removal pipe on the corridor support should be subject to grouping within the tolerance range of the lifting capacity of the lifting machinery.The support supported on the roofing beam of the plant should be synchronously installed with the steel structure of the plant.

6.10.6 When the corridor of the belt charging machine and the truss of the discharging section of the charging machine of the skip hoist are lifted by a single mobile crane,measures shall be taken according to the position of the center of gravity and the design angle of the skew bridge or corridor to adjust the angle adaptable to the design angle,and then the corridor and the truss shall be lifted in place.

6.10.7 The support of the corridor of the belt charging machine may be lifted by the movable crane.When the support bottom is designed in the form of flange connection and provided with a hinge point,the mobile crane with lower lifting capacity may be used by a turning method or a winch for a pulley block may be arranged to drag and erect in place.

6.10.8 The allowable deviation of the support during grouping on the installation site shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The height of the support shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±15mm.

2 The geometric dimension of the cross section of the support shall be checked by steel ruler.The allowable deviation is 1/1000 of the design dimension and shall not be larger than 10mm.

3 The difference of the length of two diagonal lines of the support shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of 15mm.

6.10.9 The allowable deviation of installation of the corridor support of the belt charging machine shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The center line of the support column pin shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire and hanging pendant,with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm.

2 The center line of the upper pedestal of the support shall be checked by the theodolite or by steel ruler through drawing wire and hanging pendant,with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm.

3 The difference of the length of the two diagonal lines of the support shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of 15.0mm.

4 The elevation of the support shall be checked by level gauge or steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±15.0mm.

5 The perpendicularity of the support shall be checked by the theodolite or by steel ruler through drawing wire.The allowable deviation is 1/1000 of the height of the support and shall not be larger than 20.0mm.

6.10.10 The corridor of the belt charging machine should take the length between two supports as one section of assembling unit for lifting.Single-unit or double-unit lifting may be selected according to the resource of the lifting machinery.4 or 8 lifting points may be adopted for single-unit lifting.In addition,the requirements of Article 6.10.6 of this standard shall be met.

6.10.11 The corridor of the belt charging machine should be installed from the fixed support end to the movable support section by section.The corridor sections of the other movable supports shall control the gap between the interfaces and shall meet the requirements of the design document.After temporary hinged connection of the corridor and the support,the baffle plate for preventing the sliding of the corridor may be arranged.After finally adjusting and centering the all corridors and meeting the requirements of the design document,permanent connection shall be conducted according to the requirements of the design document.

6.10.12 The center line and the axis of the corridorsthereof shall be overlapped and be checked by the theodolite and steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm

6.10.13 The allowable deviation of installation of the skew bridge and track of charging machine of skip hoist shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The center line of the skew bridge shall be checked by the theodolite and steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of 20.0mm.

2 The center distance of the pedestal shall be checked by the theodolite and steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.

3 The lower elevation of the main beam of the pedestal or that of the truss shall be checked by level gauge and steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.

4 The difference of two diagonal lines of the node section of the truss shall be checked by steel ruler,and its value shall not be larger than 10.0mm.

5 The lateral bending of the truss shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire.The allowable deviation is 1/1000 of the length of the truss and shall not be larger than 10.0mm.

6 The flatness between the adjacent nodes of the truss chord shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing wire.The allowable deviation is 1/1000 of the distance of the chord between the adjacent nodes and shall not be larger than 5.0mm.

7 The distance between the center line of the skew bridge and that of the track of the charging car shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±2.0mm.

8 The height difference between two tracks of the charging car in the same cross section shall be checked by level gauge,with the allowable deviation of±4.0mm.

9 The joint dislocation of the track of the charging car shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of 1.0mm.

10 The distance between the center line of the wheel pressing track and that of the track of the charging car shall be checked by steel ruler,with the allowable deviation of±3.0mm.
