8.11　Commissioning of Gas Blow-off Valve and Equalizing Valve on Top

8.11.1　The commissioning of the gas blow-off valve and equalizing valve on top driven by the winch shall meet the following requirements:

1　The valve driven by the electric winch shall be on and off，and the position of the travel limit switch shall meet the requirements of the design document.

2　The valve driven by the electric winch shall be on and off at least 3 times.The on-off actions of the valve shall be flexible and stable.In case of closing，the valve pedal shall contact with the valve seat tightly，and the valve body and the support shall be free of shaking.

8.11.2　The commissioning of the hydraulically driven gas blow-off valve & equalizing valve shall meet the following requirements:

1　For an electric solenoid valve，the position of the piston stroke and limit switch of the oil cylinder shall be adjusted according to the requirements of the design document，and the allowable deviation of the piston stroke is 20mm.A speed regulation valve shall be adjusted，and its on-off speed shall meet the requirements of the design document.

2　An automatically running solenoid valve shall be on and off at least 3 times，and its on-off action shall be flexible and stable.The on-off speed and the valve and the piston stroke of the oil cylinder shall meet the requirements of the design document.When closing the valve，the valve pedal shall contact with the valve seat tightly，and the valve body and the support shall be free of shaking.
