8.12　Installation and Commissioning of Top Ignition Device

8.12.1　Gas and oxygen pipe interface connected with a burner shall meet the requirements of the design document and be free of air leakage.

8.12.2　The installation of the top ignition device shall meet the following requirements:

1　The longitudinal and transverse centerline of the frame base shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing the wire and hanging the pendant，with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm.

2　The elevation of the frame base shall be checked by level gaugeor steel ruler，with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.

3　The maximum stroke of a blowing pipe shall be checked by steel ruler，with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.

4　The center line of the track shall be checked by steel ruler，with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm.

5　The straightness of the track shall be checked by steel ruler through drawing the wire，with the allowable deviation of 5.0mm.

6　The height difference between two tracks in the same cross section shall be checked by level gauge，with the allowable variation of 5.0mm.

7　The track span shall be checked by steel ruler，with the allowable deviation of±5.0mm.

8　The allowable deviation of overlap ratio of the center lines of a driving chain wheel and a driven chain wheel of the driving mechanism is 1.0mm.

8.12.3　The commissioning of the top ignition device shall meet the following requirements:

1　A running gear of a manual burner shall move forward and backward without barrier，and it shall be free of friction with the hole edge when passing through an ignition hole.

2　The running gear of an electric burner shall move forward and backward，the position of the limit switch shall be adjusted and the requirements of the design document shall be met.

3　The running gear of the burner shall move forward and backward at least 3 times.Its action shall be flexible and be free of abnormal sound and vibration.The action of the limit switch shall be flexible and reliable.
