Foreword

This Part is revised from DL/T 5047-1995 Specification for Thermal Power Erection and Construction-Boiler Unit by Professional Technical Committee on Thermal Power Construction of Standardization Administration of China,in association of relevant organizations according to the requirements of Document GUONENGKEJI[2009]No.163 Notice of National Energy Administration on FormulatingRevisingthe First Batch of Professional Standard in the Energy Field in 2009.

DL 5190 Technical Specification for Thermal Power Erection and Construction comprises the following 9 parts:

This Part is thesecond part"Boiler Unit"of DL 5190(hereinafter referred to as"this Part").

The main contents of this Part include the technical specification of the erection & construction and quality acceptance of boiler proper steel structure,heating surface,air-flue gas system,the desulfurization and denitrification system,dust removal system,fuel supply system,ash and slag handling system,boiler auxiliary machinery,the insulation and corrosion protection of boiler setting and thermal equipment and pipes in power stations.

In comparison with DL 5047-1995,main technical changes of this Part are as follows:

—defining mandatory provisions.

—deleting the equipment and related construction contents unused in new-construction boilers of the original code,such as the construction contents of water film dust scrubber,the hydraulic ash-slag handling system as well as some high energy consumption auxiliary equipment eliminated in succession,the brick boiler setting,the tube-lined boiler setting and the frame-type refractory concrete boiler setting.

—adding the contents of the circulating fluidized bed boilers,including"5.6 circulating fluidized bed boiler heating surface equipment"added in"5 heating surface","6.2 attemperating water pipe"and"6.3 start-up system"added in"6 boiler attached pipes and accessories","the fuel(material)pipe"and"7.4 furnace and air-flue gas system"related provisions added in"7 the leak test for flue gas ducts,fuel(bulk material)pipes and auxiliary equipment",the dry type ash/slag removal equipment,double-end ball tube mill and circulating fluidized bed boiler auxiliary equipment and other equipment erection contents added in"10 boiler auxiliary machineries".

—adjusting the content of some chapters including the relatively large revision of"12 the boiler setting masonry and the insulation and corrosion protection of thermal equipment & pipes",making annexes for the contents of refuse incineration boilers,biomass incineration boilers and gas-turbine heat recovery boilers respectively.7 new appendixes have been added,7 appendixes have been updated,and 11 original appendixes have been cancelled.

Articles 3.1.5,3.1.7,3.1.11,4.3.9-1,4.3.9-2,5.1.4,5.1.6-1,5.2.7,6.1.2,7.3.4-2,9.1.8,9.1.11,9.5.6,9.7.1,9.8.3,9.8.5 and 13.6.7 marked in bold fonts of this Part are mandatory provisions,which must be strictly implemented.

This Part was proposed by China Electricity Council.

This Part is interpreted by Thermal Power Construction Standardization Technical Committee of Electric Power Industry.
