1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This standard is hereby formulated with a view to improving the erection and construction level of boilers，promoting technical progress，and ensuring the project quality and production safety.

1.0.2　This Part of DL 5190 is applicable to the construction and acceptance of boiler units with evaporation capacity between 400t/h-3150t/h，and the main steam pressure between 9MPa-28MPa as well as the main steam temperature between 540℃-610℃.

1.0.3　The construction and acceptance of imported units shall be implemented according to the provisions of the contract.If there is no specific requirement in the contract，the provisions of this Part shall be implemented.

1.0.4　The construction and acceptance of refuse incineration boilers，biomass incineration boilers and gas-turbine heat recovery boilers sall be implemented according to the requirements of Appendix A，B and C of this Part.

1.0.5　The erection construction and acceptance of boilers shall meet the requremetns of this Part as well as the related provisions of applicable national and industrial standards.
