3.9 Distribution Frame Examination
3.9.1 Examination of optical cable distribution frame shall meet the following requirements:
1 For the distribution frame，the coating on its surface shall be smooth，evenly-colored，without any sagging or exposure；its metal ware shall be free from any burrs or rusts.The labels on the frame shall be complete，clear，accurate and durable.
2 The frame shall have all the function modules completely installed.
3 Insulation resistance between earthing device and frame rack，as well as high voltage tolerance，shall comply with the requirements of current professional standard Optical Fiber Distribution Frame YD/T 778 or the design requirements.
3.9.2 Connector examination shall meet the following requirements:
1 Connector shall be free from any stain，burr，crack，losing-off，deformation or shift and shall be clearly marked.
2 Connection and disconnection between connector plug and adapter shall be smooth，easy，firm and flexible to ensure normal functioning.
3 Optical fiber cables of connector shall be smooth and glossy，without any impurities or damage，and with legible printing and required colors.
4 Insertion loss and return loss shall meet the design requirements.
3.9.3 Cable distribution frame examination shall meet the following requirements:
1 For the cable distribution frame，its coating on the surface shall be smooth，evenly-colored，without any sagging or exposure；the labels on the frame shall be complete，clear，accurate and durable.
2 Metal ware shall have smooth coating（plating）without any obvious difference，scars，rusts or flakes.
3 Plastic ware shall be evenly-colored，without any obvious difference，crack or scar.
4 Fastener shall be provided in full and firmly installed，with its frame and connector bars horizontally and vertically aligned.
5 The labels on the frame shall be complete，clear，accurate and durable.
6 Insulation resistance between protective earthings，between any independent connectort-erminals，between any connector terminal and metal fastener，as well as overvoltage or overcurrent protectors shall comply with the requirements of current professional standard Main Distribution Frame YD/T 694.
