3.10 Distribution Cabinet Examination
3.10.1 Optical cable distribution cabinet examination shall meet the following requirements:
1 Allfastenersshall be firmly connected;for the surface-electroplated metal structures,there shall not be any rust apparent to the naked eye.Metal components shall not have any burrs,the structural parts shall not be distorted,and the cabinet surface shall be flat,smooth and evenly-colored without any scars,and all cabinet units shall not have any visible color difference.
2 The cabinet shall be neatly and firmly sealed,able to be smoothly and reliably locked and unlocked;the door of the cabinet shall be flexible;coating on metal structures shall be firmly attached without any flake or peeling-off.
3 All function modules shall be complete and well-assembled.
4 Protective earthing shall be clearly marked.All equipment shall have clear line sequence.
3.10.2 Electrical distribution cabinet shall meet the following requirements:
1 The cabinet shall be complete,undamaged,well enclosed,flexible and reliable,without any erosion.
2 Surface paint shall be evenly-colored,neatly smooth,and firmly adhered to the cabinet,without any sagging,scratch,exposure,bubble or blushing.
3 Nuts,bolts and flat washers of connectors shall be nickel-plated.
4 Nuts,bolts and flat washers and uncoated metal structures shall be galvanized.
3.10.3 Distribution cabinet and its sealability shall be checked against factory examination records to ensure compliance with requirements of current national standard Casing Protection Grade(IP Code)GB 4208.
