第一章 细胞生物学基础 Chapter 1 The Basic of Cell Biology
【提要】
生物极其复杂、多样，但其构成的基本单位均是由质膜包裹的细胞，即细胞是生命体的基本单位。物质、能量和信息是生命活动的三个要素，通过细胞完成物质代谢、能量转换和信息传递等一系列相互交织而又精确有序的生命过程。只有对细胞内结构和功能充分地了解，才能进一步理解各种生物学现象，包括生长、分化、发育、运动、遗传、变异、衰老、疾病、死亡和演化等的本质，才能深化对生命活动规律、疾病的发生发展的认识，掌握细胞生物学和分子生物学技术。
Creatures of the world is extremely complex and diverse，but their basic units of plants，bacteria and animals are cells which have the plasma membrane，that is to say，cells are the basic units of life.The three elements of life activities are matter，energy and information.The intact intracellular metabolism based on the transmission of information，energy conversion，substance metabolism，which are serial biological interwoven reactions，supports the cell life.With a full understanding of the intracellular structure and function，we can furthermore understand the various biological phenomena，including growth，differentiation，development，exercise，genetic variation，aging，sickness，death and evolution，and this understanding helps us to deepen the activities of life in development of diseases.Therefore，we need to understand the cell metabolism in order to master the research technology on cell biology.
