Since Marketing Cloud can track responses to campaigns and segment your contacts and customers according to logic that you have defined, you could use that information to enrich your 360 views.
For example, you could use this kind of logic:
- Has answered to the last three campaigns
- Is segmented as gold
- Is segmented as silver
- Is segmented as bronze
This information should not be maintained in other systems; it should be delivered using views, queries, or API calls.
