Sales Cloud Einstein offerings

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is meant to increase its relationship with customers assisting in customer retention and driving sales. The Salesforce Sales Cloud comes with an extensive set of functionality and automation to help sales representatives focus on closing more deals.

Before enabling Sales Cloud Einstein, Salesforce provides a nice utility to check if your Salesforce organization is ready to add Einstein features. You can do a readiness check using the URL here  http://einsteinreadiness.salesforce.com/. Note that to take full advantage of Sales Cloud Einstein features, the Salesforce organization should be Lightning enabled and also you will need a Sales Cloud Einstein license.
