Unanswered questions component for Community Builder

Community Cloud powered by Einstein now has a component to show unanswered questions and rank them based on the view count. As questions are answered, they are removed from view. This lets community members help each other by highlighting questions that haven’t been answered.

To enable the unanswered component, you can drag and drop it from the Community Builder.

For this feature, you will need Communities enabled in your Salesforce organization. The next section highlights how one can set up Communities.
