Recommended experts, articles, and topics
Einstein provides Community Cloud the ability to automatically recommend articles, topics, and experts. The feature is automatically enabled for all organizations.
To enable Recommendations, Salesforce administrators can configure in Community administration by navigating to Setup | Communities | All Communities | <Your Community> | Manage.
The creation of a Recommendation involves the following steps:
- To navigate to Audiences and Recommendations, the path is Communities | Builder | Content Targeting| Recommendations.
- Choose an audience using the Audiences tab in Communities; it allows you to add members. If you choose Custom List, you will need to use an API to add the members:
- Choose a channel for Recommendations. If you select Default Channel, Recommendations appear in predefined locations in your template. If you select a Custom Channel, you can specify new locations for those Recommendations using Community Builder.
- Fill out the details of the Recommendation with an image and a link, as shown in the following screenshot:
- Drag and drop the Recommendation Component onto the Community Pages using Builder, as shown in the following screenshot:
