Foreword
According to the requirements of Document JIANBIAO〔2009〕No.88 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development（MOHURD）-Notice on Printing and Publishing The Development and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2009，this code is formulated by the drafting team，through investigation and study，practical experience summarization，and wide opinion soliciting by the drafting team.
This code mainly covers:general provisions，Environment and Safety of Equipment room，installation and wiring of power distribution and converting system，AC power supply system，DC power supply system，battery，power and environment monitoring system，Acceptance.
The provisions printed in bold type are mandatory ones and must be implemented strictly.
