小结（Summary）

药物安全与药物警戒和每个人的健康息息相关。要将药物安全与风险管理规范化、制度化、具体化，使各项措施落到实处，需要政府监管部门、制药企业、科研人员、全体医务人员、患者及全社会的共同努力。我们应以史为鉴，吸取历史上的惨痛教训。从事药物安全与药物警戒的工作人员在实际工作中应认真学习有关理论，根据全球形势的变化，贯彻监管部门的各项法令、法规和指导文件，向全社会普及药物安全与药物警戒的知识。同时，通过自身的努力以及与各个部门的协同作战，向社会提供效益最大、风险最小的医药产品，为提高人民的生活质量、保证公众的健康作出自己的贡献。

Drug safety and pharmacovigilance are closely related to everyone whose life is connected with medical interventions.The practice of drug safety and risk management should be reasonably standardized and measurable.The whole process of drug safety and pharmacovigilance requires the regulatory authorities，pharmaceutical companies，scientists，medical professionals and patients to work together.Painful lessons should be learned from the drug safety history.Engaged drug safety and pharmacovigilance professionals should study the scientific principles underlying pharmacovigilance，work carefully and adapt to dynamic global situations，including implementation of regulatory laws，regulations and guidance documents.We should disseminate knowledge of drug safety and pharmacovigilance to the whole society in order to minimize the risks through our hard work，efforts，and cooperation among all stakeholders.
